Student admissions

Wallet funds are non-withdrawable. They cannot be transferred to any personal bank account or used for any external purpose.
In the event of discontinuation or termination of your franchise agreement, the remaining wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Use of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language against any XectiQ staff or official may lead to suspension, legal action, or termination of your access to services.

Such communication will only be for educational, service-related, or informational purposes regarding your inquiry, registration, or franchise-related needs.
XectiQ reserves the right to revise student admission or course fees periodically. All updates will be reflected in the official center/franchise panel, and it's your responsibility to stay updated with such changes.
You are solely responsible for:
Keeping your account and dashboard passwords confidential
Not sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons
Reporting any suspicious activity immediately to XectiQ support
XectiQ will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
All documents submitted (online or offline) for:
Franchise registration
Student verification
Certificate/marksheet printing
must be authentic and valid. You acknowledge that XectiQ staff may print and store these documents for verification and administrative purposes within our offices.
All payments made to XectiQ are final and non-refundable.
Please ensure that you carefully check your details and are satisfied before making any kind of payment for admissions, certificates, or franchises.
If you obtain a franchise using:
False or misleading information
Fake or unverifiable documents
Misrepresentation of intent
XectiQ reserves the right to:
Immediately terminate your franchise license
Confiscate wallet balance
Pursue legal action under applicable Indian laws
XectiQ may, at its discretion:
Modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any service or platform feature
Do so with or without prior notice
