Refund Policies

At XectiQ Computer Education Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering quality IT education, transparent processes, and ethical business practices. Our V2.0 platform is designed with integrity, digital transparency, and user accountability.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the rules, rights, and responsibilities related to payments, wallet use, refunds, and cancellations for both franchise centers and learners.


🔁 1. Service Payment Refund Policy

  • If a payment is made toward any service (e.g., franchise fee, certification, course enrollment) and the processing has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once the service process has started (course activated, franchise panel opened, documents processed, or materials issued), no refund will be granted under any circumstances.


🧾 2. Admission Fee Refunds (for Centers)

  • If a center cancels or terminates a student's admission before the student has started their course, the admission fee will be refunded to the center’s wallet for reuse.

  • If the student has already begun classes, received access to course materials, or certification is initiated, no refund will be issued.


❗ 3. Pre-Payment Guidelines

We strongly recommend:

  • Clarifying all service-related doubts and understanding the scope before proceeding with any payment.

  • Asking our team for a demo, support, or documentation if needed.

❌ Once payment is made and services have started, refunds will not be entertained.


📤 4. Refund Request & Processing

  • Refunds will only be considered and processed if:

    • The service has not started

    • The admission is canceled before course commencement

  • If approved, refunds will be:

    • Credited to your original payment method (for service payments)

    • Added to your XectiQ wallet (for admission-related cancellations)

  • Refund processing may take up to 7–10 working days after approval.


🧑‍💼 5. Contacting the Support Team

To initiate a refund request:

📧 Email us at support@xectiqindia.in with your payment reference, center ID, student ID (if applicable), and reason for the refund.

Refunds will be evaluated case-by-case by our Operations Team, based on the conditions in this policy.


🔄 6. Refund Destinations

  • Franchise or Service Payments: Refunded back to the original payment method if not initiated

  • Student Admission Cancellations: Refunded directly into the center’s wallet


🚫 7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the requested service has already commenced (e.g., franchise access granted, student ID issued, certificate printed)

  • If a student has already started a course, received credentials, or attended classes

  • If documentation submitted is false, incomplete, or unverifiable

  • For failure to read or understand policies before making payment


📜 8. Policy Updates

XectiQ reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the official website and franchise dashboard. It is the responsibility of the client, center, or user to stay informed about policy changes.

By making any payment or enrolling in any course, service, or franchise agreement with XectiQ Computer Education Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood the Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You agree to abide by all the terms and procedures listed herein

  • You will seek clarification before making payment, as refunds are restricted post-processing
